Achel Trappist
Achel Brown as "our Bordeaux". Roasted malt and brown sugar are blended with Pils malt. It has a massive fruit bouquet - raisins and sultanas - along with biscuity malt. The long, bittersweet palate and finish have rich, chewy malt, tart hops and burnt fruit (23 IBUs).

Ciney

Beer has been brewed in Ciney since 1450. The modern 'Ciney beer' is either "blonde" or "brown", and the brown version is one of Belgium's most famous, which says a lot. The belltower of Ciney's collegiate church features on the beer label.

Girardin

Belgian lambic beer - a light amber beer, type faro , with an alcohol content of 5%. Faro is a mixture of old and young lambic which is not fermentable sweeteners were added.

Hooghe Boch

A top fermented bock and unique in it's style. Barley and wheat malts are mixed dark crystalmalt to form the basis of this ruby colored bockbeer. Special hop variaties where used to give it it's soft bitter flavor and light sweet finish.

Juliper and Maes

Jupiler is a Belgian beer brewed by Piedboeuf Brewery in Jupille-sur-Meuse, Belgium. Jupiler is the biggest-selling beer in Belgium.

Leffe Bruin

Smooth sweet sugar in the nose with a touch of spice. Medium to dark brown with a fully off white head. Sweet but balanced by floral hop notes. Smooth with a sweet finish.

Golden beer with a characteristically fresh bouquet and sweet after-taste.

Maredsous Brune

A brown or brune ale brewed under the supervision of the monastic community of Maredsous. Top fermented beer, brewed according to Benedictine tradition. Refermented in the bottle;, and conditioned for two months

Orval

Poured a slighly cloudy straw colour with a huge frothy, long-lasting head. There’s a yeasty, fruity, spicy aroma with a hoppy bitter taste and a hint of sourness with some slight bitterness on the palate.

Palm

Pours light amber,crystal clear, with lingering white head. Notes of citrus and champagne

Pilaarbijter

cream colored foam. Color: tea, rooibos. Aroma: malt, grass silage. Taste: bitter.

St Bernardus Watou Abt 12

is a top fermentation beer, re-fermented in the bottle with an alcohol content of 10,50%. Dark ivory colour, unfiltered. Fruity aroma. Smooth full-bodied taste.

St Bernardus Watou Abt 6

Nice amber pour with an off-white head. Sweet dark fruits with a bit of spice, some banana, and some toasted malt and toffee. A bit of yeast on the finish. The malt sweetness translates quite well to the flavor. A lot of toffee, toasted malt, and caramel. Moderate fruit notes of raisin and banana. Just a bit of clove spiciness.

St Idesbald

The aroma and initial taste was green apple, interestingly. That’s not a common flavour. But it’s fleeting. A sharp liquorice quickly kicks in, which itself is then taken over by rich malt. That sweetness evolves into good bitter finish. Quite a lot of fine bubbles. 8%.

Taras Boulba

Beer pale blond color, nice balanced bitterness, resinous and floral notes. Slight alcohol.

Tongerlo

Brown colour with a nice and creamy tan head; perfect lasting, maintain a thin layer, nice lacing. Aroma is toasty, sugay, caramelish and dry fruits. Flavour is sweet, caramel, toasty, light spicy, bready with plumbcake hints and dry fruits. The final is light bittery and sweet with good balance. Carbonation is medium. Body is medium to high.

Westmalle

a clear, golden yellow Trappist beer that undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle (9,5% alcohol). It is a complex beer with a fruity aroma and a nice nuanced hop scent. It is soft and creamy in the mouth, with a bitter touch carried by the fruity aroma. An exceptional beer, with a great deal of finesse and elegance. And with a splendid long aftertaste.

Bofferding from Luxembourg

Straw with a billowing white head; light grassy aroma; fairly full body with a crisp grainy flavour; and a grassy bitterness to finish. A rather good Pils.

Diekirch

has a unique character thanks to its soft bitterness, golden yellow color, and smooth, thick white head, and is made from the best premium quality hops and malt.
